Tips on making this recipe perfectly
Spray the mini muffin pan very well with non stick cooking spray, this will make it easy to remove the cookie cups after they are baked.
Let the cookie cups cool completely before removing them, they will be fragile when they are hot. To remove them easily, gently twist the cups in the pan and carefully pull out.
Chop the chocolate chunks finely for the cookie dough. Because these cups are small, large pieces of chocolate will effect the final shape of the cup.
Make sure the cookie cups are cool before filling with Nutella.
