Aperol French 75
A splash of Aperol gives this cocktail the prettiest blush hue and is the perfect medley of flavors for the warmer months ahead.
Aperol French 75
1/2 oz of lime juice
1/2 oz ginger simple syrup (recipe below)
1 1/2 oz gin
Splash of Aperol
Prosecco
Club Soda
Ginger Simple Syrup
100 g water
100 g sugar
50 g peeled and chopped ginger
Boil all ingredients together and steep for 5 minutes. Strain to remove ginger and store in refrigerator for 3-4 weeks.
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine lime juice, simple syrup, gin, and aperol. Pour into a champagne coupe and top off with equal parts prosecco and club soda to fill the glass.
