How to make cookie dough frosting
Measure the all purpose flour and place on a parchment lined sheet pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes and then cool before using. Heating the flour makes this frosting safe to eat.
Cream softened butter and powdered sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy for 2-3 minutes.
Add the milk and beat for another 2 minutes. Beating the frosting on high speed gives it a fluffy texture, so be sure not to skip this step.
Mix in the cooled flour and beat until incorporated.
Finely chop the chocolate and stir in.
Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
